Hogan will continue her role as president of the insurer’s eleHealth subsidiary. “Monroe Operations plays a critical role in Louisiana Blue’s success. To ensure we continue to strengthen this vital part of our organization, we believe it is essential to have a member of our senior management team fully dedicated to Monroe — someone who understands the Monroe market, can serve as a strong liaison between Monroe Operations and corporate leadership, has decision-making authority, and will represent Louisiana Blue externally within the local community,” said Brian Keller, Louisiana Blue’s Chief Growth Officer. “Sabrina is uniquely qualified to fulfill this role.”

Hogan’s healthcare career spans more than three decades, grounded in advanced nursing degrees and a focus on health systems management. She has led with compassion and vision in senior roles at St. Francis Medical Center and St. Francis Medical Group in Monroe.

A Monroe resident for 34 years, Hogan has built a distinguished professional legacy while raising a family in the community — a deep connection that drives her commitment to making Monroe better for all.

Her community service includes past board roles with the YMCA and Wellspring, and current positions on the ULM Foundation Board and the Louisiana Community and Technical Colleges Board of Supervisors, appointed by Gov. Jeff Landry.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to work alongside our Monroe Operations team to improve the health and lives of our members, neighbors and friends in this community I love so much,” said Hogan. “Through every chapter of my career, my guiding force has been a genuine desire to improve lives, from my days as a nurse and in health system leadership, to this new role at Louisiana Blue.”
